      Does Your Vote Count?: The Impact of Gerrymandering

      League of Women Voters Asheville-Buncombe will host a free online panel forum titled Does Your Vote Count?: The Impact of Gerrymandering. The program is set for Wednesday, June 3, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom.

      The panelists will be Dr. Ashley Moraguez, Professor of Political Science at UNC-Asheville, and Blake Esselstyn, an expert on the use of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for drawing maps. After comments by each panelist, the speakers will respond to questions submitted by the audience via the Chat feature on Zoom.
