      Ikebana Demonstration and Workshop

"Manipulation of Leaves" in ikebana by Suzanne Dillingham of the Ichiyo School.
Demonstration: Free and open to the public.
Workshop: RSVP wt $20 payment by October 18 to: suzzdill@aol.com
Limit of 20 participants. Bring a container and needle point holder (kenzan), flowers if you want. Plant material will be provided. Bring a bag lunch if taking the workshop.
Suzanne will create several ikebana designs using different and novel techniques of leaf manipulation. Leaves can be changed beyond recognition and provoke a bit of mystery.
A ‘Friendship Through Flowers’ workshop will follow and is open to members and non-members with an RSVP. This is an unusual opportunity for non members to participate with skilled ikebanists and stretch their imagination.
