      Intervale Cooking Series: A Taste of the Dominican Republic

      $10 City Market Members, $25 non-Members
      Come enjoy the lovely sights and sounds of the Intervale while whipping up a delicious meal with Maria Lara Bregatta, owner and chef of Café Mamajuana! Opening in September in the Old North End, Café Mamajuana will feature delicious Dominican fusion food. Learn how to make citrusy charred shrimp, salsa, and aioli for a summers’ toast that is sure to please your palate. Maria is a Chef of Dominican and Italian ancestry, who is inspired by food as an ode to DNA. Please note, due to COVID-19 and physical distancing recommendations, hands-on learning opportunities may not be possible in a given class depending on the required meal preparation.
