Often the highs and lows of emotions can cause delirious happiness, depression, sadness and/or anger that lasts for days causing you to feel like running away; you want to shut the world out, you need to hide, etc. Learn to access your innate qualities, intuition, empathy and traditional yoga and Buddhist philosophies, techniques and perspectives to help balance your emotions. Learn your middle ground. Prepare to live worry-free (worry-less) and live in the present moment. Relinquish your impulse / need to control (almost everything), self-depreciation, blame, hatred for everyone, confusion, putting yourself in harm’s way, and more. Give in to being happy, don’t give up. Open to you who want to improve your health overall. Lunch and refreshments are included.
