      Kauai Poke Fest with Sam Choy & Friends

      The first annual Kauai Poke Fest with Sam Choy & Friends will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Koloa Landing Resort from 9:00am to 4:00pm. A portion of the proceeds from the festival will go to Habitat for Humanity. The festival will include a poke demonstration from the godfather of poke himself, Sam Choy. It will also feature a poke competition for amateurs and professionals, a local farmer’s market, flavors of Kauai food festival, and live entertainment. Each ticket includes access to the farmer's market, Sam Choy's poke demonstration, complimentary samples from all participating food vendors as well as the poke competitors. All tickets will get one vote for their favorite overall winner of the poke competition. Note there will also be a cash bar. How much are tickets? Tickets are $55 each when you purchase prior to the event. Tickets will be sold at the door for $65 on the day of the festival.   Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? There are no age restrictions.    What are my parking options for getting to and from the event? The price of tickets will be donated to Habitat for Humanity. All purchases are non-refundable.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, you will need to bring your printed or digital ticket to the event to enter.   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? You may transfer your ticket or purchase a ticket for someone else.    Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, this is allowable. However, each ticket is only good for one entrant.    What can I bring into the event? No outside food or beverage is allowed at the Kauai Poke Fest.
