Museum L-A is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 am-3 pm. Located in the original Bates Mill in Lewiston, the museum showcases the rich history of work and community. "Our Working Waterway" dives into the history of the Androscoggin River and its effects on the industrial development of many cities throughout Maine. Included in the exhibit is a working waterwheel, historic photos, hand painted murals from local artists, and the winning river photographs from our photography contest.
