Features: Snack Stand, Benches, Restrooms Come on down to the dairy and meet our spring calves and their amazing moms in our Brown Swiss herd. Take a wagon ride to see the pastures and then see the calves get their afternoon milk. This is a time to explore the barns and buildings at the dairy and see how we get the milk that makes our award-winning cheddar cheese. Our cows will come down the lane for afternoon milking in “cow parade” style and can be viewed in our parlor while they are machine milked starting at 3:15 PM.
